Zusammenfassung

Alfalaval is seeking an experienced PtP Specialist in Poland to manage accurate payment processing and invoice handling for the Polish entity. You will support the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, including PO and non-PO invoices, three-way matching, and tax compliance, collaborating with local finance teams and suppliers.

The role emphasizes independent work, problem solving and continuous improvement of finance processes, with responsibilities spanning month-end close and reporting activities.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 2 years of experience supporting a Polish entity, with around 4 years of AP experience overall.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Polish tax/ VAT requirements.
• Experience with PO and non-PO invoices, invoice coding and three-way matching.
• Experience with supplier payments and bank statement postings.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and numerical skills.
• High attention to data accuracy and ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Handle incoming PDF invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Process both PO and non-PO invoices and invoice coding.
• Perform three-way matching between POs, receipts and invoices.
• Post approved invoices and ensure compliance with procedures and Polish tax rules.
• Prepare supplier payments and post bank statements.
• Support month-end closing and related accounting tasks.
• Prepare monthly reports and monitor outstanding invoices.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardisation and controls.
