Job summary

FEBS FUJIFILM Europe Business Service sp. z o.o. seeks a senior accounts payable/receivable manager to lead the PTP and OTC teams. You will ensure timely invoice processing, payments, and cash allocation while maintaining strong vendor relations and compliance.

The role emphasizes reducing DSO, optimizing credit control, and delivering accurate aging reports to management. English fluency and SAP experience are required, with European language skills a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or Economics with >5 years in accounting or SSC environments.
• Strong understanding of P2P and O2C processes including invoice processing, payment execution, credit control and aging reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase to Pay and Order to Cash teams and ensure timely service delivery per SLA.
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, vendor communications, dunning, and cash allocation.
• Monitor dashboards for DSO and AR aging; report to Management; drive process improvements and cross-training.
