Job summary

Infosys Poland seeks a motivated OTC Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing team within the Order to Cash domain. You will coordinate processes, ensure SLA/KPI delivery, onboard and train new members, and act as a liaison with client stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process improvement, internal controls, and close collaboration with SSC/BPO environments in a dynamic multinational setting. Occasional travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (min. C1) and very good English (min. B2) – essential for client communication.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in OTC / Order to Cash / Finance & Accounting
• Previous experience in a team lead or coordinator role
• Strong understanding of OTC processes (cash application, collections, deductions, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience in an SSC/BPO environment will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations
• University degree preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and implement new systems/ERP solutions within the team
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting a team within the OTC domain
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs
• Onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with client representatives
• Ensuring process compliance and maintaining up-to-date documentation
• Identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of changes
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and quality standards
• Setting and monitoring team targets
