Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and services. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals and user experience.

The role requires hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, React/Angular, and cloud platforms. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions in a dynamic, hybrid setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C#/.NET (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core).
• Strong front-end experience with React or Angular and responsive design.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications, services, and APIs using .NET and front-end frameworks.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React or Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on requirements and architecture.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI technologies to real-world projects and explore automation opportunities.
