Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with strong front-end, cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across front-end and back-end layers, implement cloud-native patterns, and apply AI in real-world projects.

Facilities include offices in Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET technologies.
• Strong front-end skills with React or Angular and API integration.
• Hands-on cloud experience with Azure, AWS or GCP and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps, services, and APIs using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
• Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React or Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and architecture.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Apply AI techniques to real-world projects and evaluate AI models beyond basic tools.
