Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and services.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leveraging .NET, React/Angular, and cloud platforms in a hybrid setup across Poland, with 3 days in the office weekly. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and stay ahead of trends in .NET, cloud, and AI to deliver innovative solutions that meet business goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience with C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core).
• Front-end frameworks: React or Angular, with responsive design and state management.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building secure, scalable web applications and APIs.
• AI/ML fundamentals and practical AI model integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps, services, and APIs using .NET and front-end tech.
• Build responsive, high-performing user interfaces with React/Angular.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers on requirements and architecture.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
• Evaluate AI models and apply AI to enhance products and automation.
