Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks.

You will deploy to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), apply cloud-native patterns, and integrate AI capabilities into real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C#/.NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core).
• Strong front-end skills with React or Angular and responsive design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native patterns.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless; familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Experience applying AI techniques to real-world projects; model evaluation.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and building RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps and APIs using .NET with modern front-end frameworks.
• Create responsive, high-performing UI with React or Angular.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and architecture.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Implement cloud-native patterns using containers and serverless tech.
• Integrate AI technologies into real-world projects and evaluate AI models.
• Explain AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability; participate in code reviews.
