Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and services.

You will work across cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities include developing .NET and front-end interfaces, deploying on cloud platforms, implementing AI integrations, and driving modern CI/CD practices to ensure reliability and rapid delivery

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with C#/.NET
• Strong front-end experience with React or Angular and modern UI design
• Cloud-native architectures and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects
• RESTful APIs design and integration
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
• Excellent communication and collaboration in teams

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps, services, and APIs using .NET and front-end frameworks
• Create responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React/Angular
• Collaborate with PM, Designers, and other Engineers across front-end and back-end
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and security on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Implement cloud-native patterns (serverless, containers) and cloud storage
• Apply AI models and frameworks to business problems
• Explain AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
• Ensure scalability and performance across full-stack applications
