Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with deep Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and scale secure web applications using .NET, React/Angular, and cloud platforms.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with Product and Design, and ensure robust CI/CD, security, and performance. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Krakow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with React or Angular and RESTful APIs.
• Experience deploying to Azure/AWS/GCP and using Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps and APIs with .NET and modern front-ends.
• Lead architecture decisions across front-end and back-end layers.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Drive secure, scalable cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
