Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web apps and services using .NET, cloud, and AI tech.

You will lead cross-functional work, ensure performance and security, and mentor teammates from multiple disciplines. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on development, fluency in C#/.NET, React or Angular, and cloud-native experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET.
• Strong front-end experience with React or Angular and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps, services, and APIs using .NET technologies.
• Create responsive, high-performing UIs with React or Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers across front-end and back-end.
• Oversee deployment, integration, and monitoring on cloud platforms.
• Implement cloud-native patterns with containers and serverless where relevant.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to automate processes and analytics.
