EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with deep Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web apps and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, while working 3 days per week in offices across Poland.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core).
• Hands-on front-end experience with React or Angular, including state management and responsive design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate AI solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and agile development practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of web apps, services, and APIs using .NET technologies alongside modern front-end stacks.
• Create responsive, high-performing UIs using React or Angular and integrate with back-end services.
• Architect, deploy, and monitor cloud-based solutions across Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Apply AI techniques to real-world projects and evaluate AI models/frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to code quality, reviews, and long-term maintainability.
• Drive automated CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous feature delivery.
