Job summary

your Jared is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to drive architecture and delivery of secure web applications. You will own full-stack development with C#, ASP.NET Core, React/Angular, and cloud platforms, collaborating with product and design teams to ship scalable solutions.

This hybrid role may require working from cities in Poland and occasional travel for aligned client work. You will mentor engineers, implement AI-enhanced features, and ensure robust CI/CD, testing, and cloud-native practices

Qualifications

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps and APIs with .NET and modern front-end tech.
• Design responsive UI with React or Angular and ensure performance.
• Deploy and monitor on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Implement cloud-native patterns including Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define architecture for full-stack solutions.
• Oversee deployment, integration, and monitoring of software on cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strengthening the team’s technical expertise.
• Stay updated on emerging .NET, front-end, cloud, and AI technologies.
