Job summary

Your Jared in Poland is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web apps and services using .NET, cloud, and AI, with strong front-end skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals and improve user experience.

The role requires collaboration across front-end and back-end layers, cloud deployment, and AI model integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET.
• Hands-on with React or Angular and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and cloud deployment patterns.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless basics.
• Hands-on AI/ML concepts, model evaluation, and integration in apps.
• Strong English communication; ability to explain AI concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web apps, services, and APIs using .NET and front-end tech.
• Create responsive UIs with React or Angular and integrate with back-end services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define architecture.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and security across cloud platforms.
• Implement cloud-native patterns: containers, serverless, and storage solutions.
• Integrate AI technologies into real-world projects and automate processes.
• Review code, uphold quality, and improve maintainability across full stack.
• Automate deployment via CI/CD pipelines for continuous feature delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on .NET, front-end, cloud, and AI trends.
