Job summary

EPAM Systems invites a Lead .NET Engineer with strong front-end, cloud and AI experience to join our development teams in Poland. You will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and services using .NET, cloud platforms, and AI tech while delivering high-quality user experiences.

You will collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to define requirements, drive architecture, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C#/.NET (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core).
• Hands-on with front-end technologies (React or Angular).
• Experience building interfaces that integrate with back-end services and APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures; Docker/Kubernetes; serverless.
• Experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects and evaluating AI models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications, services, and APIs using .NET and modern front-end frameworks.
• Create responsive, high-performing user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to define requirements and architecture.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Implement cloud-native patterns including containers and serverless.
• Apply AI solutions to automate processes and analytics.
