Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead .NET Engineer with deep Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and services using .NET, cloud, and AI technologies.

The role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and user-friendly interfaces. Hybrid work in Poland with 3 days in the office is offered across selected cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• 7+ years of professional software development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core).
• Hands-on front-end experience with React or Angular and responsive design.
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures is preferred.
• Experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects and building APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based apps, services, and APIs using .NET and front-end frameworks.
• Build responsive, high-performing user interfaces with React/Angular.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements across front-end and back-end layers.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Implement cloud-native principles, containers, and CI/CD pipelines to enable feature delivery.
• Integrate AI technologies and evaluate AI models for real-world projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
