Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Lead .NET Engineer with strong Front-End, Cloud, and AI expertise to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web apps and services using .NET, cloud, and AI technologies.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that support business goals and enhance user experience. Hybrid work in Poland, with opportunities to work abroad and relocate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET technologies (ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core).
• Solid hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and related tools (Docker, Kubernetes, serverless).
• Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to real-world projects and evaluating AI models.
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions; Agile methodologies; Git version control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; English on at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications, services, and APIs using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
• Create responsive, high-performing user interfaces with React or Angular.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define requirements and architecture.
• Oversee deployment, integration, and monitoring on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Implement cloud-native principles using containers and serverless tech; apply AI in projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team technical growth.
• Lead CI/CD automation and ensure security, performance, and scalability.
