The role emphasizes governance, design excellence, and adoption of AI-enabled learning technologies to transform workforce capability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning architecture, strategy, instructional design, or capability development leadership.
• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing learning or L&D professionals.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement learning architectures aligned with business and capability strategies.
• Lead the design of scalable learning journeys, academies, and development pathways.
• Manage and prioritize learning design demand across multiple programmes and stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of Learning Architects while ensuring design excellence.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business leaders, SMEs, and delivery teams.
• Establish and maintain learning design standards, governance, and QA practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning approaches and innovative learning technologies.
• Monitor programme risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and business outcomes.
