Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale Data & AI solution design and strategy. You will drive end-to-end architectures, governance standards and secure, scalable platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires 5+ years in Data/ Solution/ AI Architecture, strong Azure Databricks expertise, and on-site availability in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data, Solution or AI Architecture.
Experience with Azure Databricks and lakehouse architectures.
Expertise in dimensional modelling, conformed models and SCD patterns.
Experience with Unity Catalog, data governance and security design.
Knowledge of analytics, semantic layers and Databricks SQL capabilities.
Experience producing architecture documentation (ADR, HLD, LLD).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent English and availability to work on-site in Gdańsk or Wrocław.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end Data & AI architectures based on business and technical requirements.
Define lakehouse architectures, data models and governance standards in Azure Databricks.
Design secure, scalable and compliant solutions, including lineage, access management and auditability.
Create and maintain HLDs, LLDs, ADRs and architecture standards.
Design analytics, semantic-layer and AI reporting solutions.
Define FinOps, cost-optimization and platform governance approaches.
Provide technical leadership and support delivery teams through implementation.
