Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional experience in technology, digital learning, or related area.
• Strong understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience driving AI/technology awareness and adoption across an organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, automation, and analytics.
• Experience conducting training-needs and skills-gap assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide AI and technology awareness program.
• Organize webinars, workshops, expert sessions, technology showcases, and learning events.
• Create and distribute educational materials, newsletters, learning guides, and technology best practices.
• Promote adoption of AI, Copilot, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and analytics across the enterprise.
