Your role

As a Lead Learning Architect, you will shape the future of workforce capability development by designing and governing enterprise learning architectures aligned with business priorities. Acting as a strategic advisor and people leader, you will drive innovative, learner-centered solutions that support business transformation, capability growth, and measurable performance outcomes while leading a team of Learning Architects across a diverse portfolio of programmes.

Your tasks

Your profile

• Proven experience in learning architecture, learning strategy, instructional design, or capability development leadership.
• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing learning or L&D professionals.
• Knowledge of modern learning methodologies, experience design, and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning solutions, digital learning ecosystems, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills in complex, global environments.
• Fluent English with the ability to present recommendations and learning strategies to senior stakeholders.
