Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership or equivalent.

• Experience guiding tools from scratch (POCs) to scale to thousands of users.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Developer Intelligence team and drive AI tool adoption.
• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to maintenance and decommissioning.
• Set technical focus and priorities; remove impediments for efficient delivery.
• Partner with Product Managers to align roadmaps and manage stakeholders.
