Roche Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking an Engineer (Software/Data), AI-Native Data & Applications within the Dia R&D Portfolio & Project Management division.

You will design and build AI-native data products, Snowflake deployments on AWS, and develop scalable data pipelines. You will collaborate with product owners and data architects to deliver data-driven solutions that accelerate diagnostics. The role requires experience with Snowflake, DBT, SQL, Data Vault, Data Mesh, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience in building data products using Snowflake, DBT, and SQL.
• Proficient in Data Vault, Data Mesh, and Data Product principles.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and CI/CD with Git.
• Hands-on Python, Collibra, Monte Carlo, and IMMUTA.
• Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable data products in Snowflake on AWS.
• Architect AI-native data products and custom applications for PPM.
• Design automated release processes and maintain release docs.
• Ensure data quality, observability, and security with Collibra/IMMUTA.
• Collaborate with product owners and solution architects.
