Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership or program management.
• Deep technical know-how in AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience managing complex scientific data in a regulated environment.
• Strong software development and service delivery knowledge.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech regulated healthcare tech.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
