Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership or program management experience.
• Deep technical know-how in AI/ML frameworks and their application in analytics ecosystems.
• Extensive experience managing complex scientific data in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of software development, processes, and service delivery.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering innovation in AI/ML.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of validated, production-grade automated analytics workflows for clinical data analysis.
• Architect a scalable scientific analytics ecosystem for enterprise digital transformation.
• Define an AI-driven technical roadmap and platform strategy for analytics use cases.
• Support self-defined career journeys and remove roadblocks to growth.
• Manage senior stakeholders across Pharma Development, aligning technology with business priorities.
