Qualifications

• 3+ years in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier‐3 troubleshooting responsibilities.
• Experience delivering standards for packaging, patching and compliance at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCA/Problem activities and secure changes through CAB discipline.
• Automate at scale and manage compliance for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Define and enforce management standards across multiple platforms.
