Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist in Wroclaw, Poland. This role involves managing complex incidents and solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring security and compliance across collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a tier-3 specialist in technical collaboration ecosystems.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and ensure security and compliance.
• At least B1 level in English; French or Italian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Resolve major and complex incidents in the collaboration environment.
• Drive root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes.
• Administer collaboration tenant/platform configurations.
