You handle Level‐2 support for enrollment, policies, application deployments, patching and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. The role focuses on reliable execution of standard procedures, incident and request resolution within SLA, operational packaging and deployment follow‐up, and strict adherence to security and governance rules.
