Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an L2 Device Management Specialist in Wrocław, Poland. In this role, you will ensure the day-to-day operations of our enterprise device fleet using tools like Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf. You will provide Level‐2 support for device enrollment, application deployments, and compliance across various platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level‐2 operations for device enrollment, deployments and compliance.
• English: B2 minimum; French or Italian: B2 minimum.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day‐to‐day operations of the enterprise device fleet.
• Handle Level‐2 support for enrollment, policies, and application deployments.
• Focus on reliable execution of standard procedures and incident resolution.

Skills

Operational experience with Omnissa/Workspace ONE and Jamf Pro

Windows, macOS and iOS device support fundamentals

Basic packaging and deployment understanding (Win32/MSIX/pkg)

Basic scripting skills (PowerShell and/or Bash)

ITIL Foundation mindset; security awareness

Education

1–5 years in EUC / Device Management or endpoint support
