Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, Finance or related Cash management products.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships and partnerships.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interaction, documentation issuance, review and system setups.
• Manage onboarding and KYC processes end-to-end with a project management approach.
• Serve as the single point of contact for clients and coordinate with global partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, regulations, and risk controls while delivering timely service.
