Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Site IT Operations Coordinator & Asset Specialist to manage IT services locally and support business continuity. You will act as the IT focal point for the Kraków center, handling asset management, provisioning, and local hardware readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT, ITIL savvy, and strong English communication. A proactive, detail-oriented, cross-functional communicator will help ensure reliable operations and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• IT or engineering degree.
• 3–5 years IT experience.
• IT Asset Management and logistics knowledge.
• Infrastructure operations and business continuity knowledge.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Asset management including stock, leasing, and HW ownership.
• Provision hardware software upgrades and provisioning.
• Maintain local hardware and consumables inventory.
• Ensure 24/7 IT support when required.
• Follow ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and configuration processes.
• Lead disaster recovery tests and backup operations.
• Identify improvements to boost reliability and efficiency.
