Job summary

Solina Coatings Poland Sp. Z.o.o is seeking a Junior Sales Support Specialist in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska to provide essential administrative and operational assistance to the regional sales team.

You will help with quotations, pricing, contracts, orders, and onboarding of new customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Care, maintain CRM/ERP data accuracy, and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing, Economics, or related field
• Experience in sales support or customer service
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP and MS Office, especially Excel
• Proactive, customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the regional sales team
• Administrative support in planning trade shows, customer visits, and internal sales meetings
• Handle incoming account managers queries, provide follow up on documentation, samples and deliveries
• Admin & ops support
• Maintain and update systems ensuring data accuracy and customer records
• Support customer onboarding processes including pricing, master data, logistics preferences and handover to care
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and market analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regional regulations based on central function support
