Job summary

Ubiquity Service in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our international team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely contracts and onboarding.

The role requires 1 year of recruitment experience, strong English and Polish communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Polish Labour Law knowledge is a plus. Hybrid work from our Mokotów office is available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluency in English and Polish; Ukrainian or Russian – nice to have.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Knowledge of Polish Labour Law (Kodeks Pracy) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing candidates to contract preparation.
• Working with ATS.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
• Screen CVs and assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, and overall fit for the role.
• Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
• Preparation of contracts, offers, and recruitment-related documentation.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Meet hiring deadlines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
