Job summary

PLVision is seeking a Junior Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team. You will grow under mentoring, work with Technical Recruiters to identify engineers across Europe, and develop innovative sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, leveraging LinkedIn and other tools, and tracking channel performance to improve sourcing and branding for international hiring in Poland and EU.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience with Boolean and X-ray search techniques.
• Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
• Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic technical terminology.
• Interest in international hiring (Poland, EU).
• Intermediate or higher level of technical English.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s CRM or ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies for open roles.

Together with our Technical Recruiters, you’ll search for talented engineers across Ukraine and Europe, professionals who design and build cutting‑edge networking solutions and products. Your primary focus will be to identify and attract these specialists through targeted research, innovative sourcing strategies, and a thorough understanding of the market.

Search for technical specialists (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation) using LinkedIn, GitHub, and advanced Boolean or X-ray search techniques

Build and maintain candidate pipelines in the company’s CRM or ATS system

Work closely with recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies for open roles

Track and evaluate the performance of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, professional communities, etc.)

Contribute to internal initiatives that improve sourcing processes and strengthen employer branding

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment

Skills in Boolean and X-ray search, as well as other sourcing techniques

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similar sourcing tools

Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and basic technical terminology (C/C++, Embedded, Networking, QA, Automation)

Basic knowledge of ATS or project-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar)

Interest in international hiring (Poland, EU)

Intermediate or higher level of technical English (for written communication)

Results‑oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail

Experience sourcing technical roles in Networking and Embedded

Understanding of market specifics in Poland or other EU countries
