Job summary

Robotec.ai is a software company building hi-tech robotics and automotive solutions and is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who will own recruitment processes end-to-end.

You will source passive candidates, conduct interviews, manage databases, write and post job ads, and support onboarding in a fast-moving startup environment. Fluency in English and Polish is required; 3+ years IT recruitment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Excellent research and sourcing skills
• Experience with using LinkedIn for sourcing candidates
• Good understanding of information technology and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with engineers and tech leads
• Good writing skills to craft compelling job ads
• Self-reliance in a fast-changing startup environment
• MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end from gathering requirements to onboarding
• Source passive candidates using variety of methods and tools
• Analyze and select inbound candidate applications
• Conduct job interviews
• Keep candidate database up to date
• Write and post job ads
• Participate in onboarding and offboarding
• Support employer branding activities
• Take part in performance review processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably fromarecruitment agency)
• StudentorgraduateinPsychology,Sociology,Management,relatedfieldor any technicalstudies
• Excellentresearchandsourcingskills
• Experience with usingLinkedinfor sourcing candidates
• Goodunderstandingofinformationtechnologyandabilitytoquicklyacquirenewknowledge
• Greatsocialskillstoworkdirectlywithengineers,techleadsaswellas tobuildlong-lastingpartnershiprelationshipwithcandidates
• Goodwritingskillstowritecompellingjobadsandmessages
• Self-reliance andaccountabilityto be ableto workinquickchanging,startupenvironment
