Job summary

EY GDS Poland offers a role in the Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team. You will participate in international projects, lead programs for global market clients, and support clients through transformation journeys.

You will work across business design, development oversight, deployment, and change management with a focus on risk management. You’ll engage in diverse digital programs, using Agile practices in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, while

Qualifications

Higher education in relevant field.
Experience in project management within consulting or large corporations.
Good understanding of PM principles and Agile/Waterfall/Lean.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills.
Fluency in French and English; willingness to travel up to 1 week per month.

Responsibilities

Support clients as trusted advisors in project management tasks.
Apply Agile methods; serve as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach as needed.
Guide digital programs across design, development, deployment and change management.
Enhance risk management tactics and project governance.
Perform PM activities: reporting, meetings, prioritization, and risk tracking.
Share industry knowledge and contribute to team growth.
