Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland seeks an experienced Project Manager to join the Business Transformation Delivery and Execution team. You will lead AI development and transformation programs for global market clients, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring milestones are met.

You will provide consultation, build trusted relationships across EY practises, and align client requirements with budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

Higher education degree in business, technology, science or engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within distributed multicultural environments including AI projects.
Experience driving AI transformation programs.
Understanding of Agentic AI developments frameworks and interoperability.
Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
Knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
Industry certifications: Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change management.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Support clients in business and organizational transformation related to AI development.
Provide consultation and recommendations and develop relationships across EY practises to serve client needs.
Work with teams to ensure client requirements, budgets and milestones are met.
Lead projects and programs for global market clients within a multicultural environment.
