Job summary

You will drive demand, shape offerings, and lead teams across Business Transformation, Change Management, or AI Implementation, with a four-dimensional focus on capability, people, and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years consulting experience, at least 5 years on a leadership position.
• Proven track record of delivering complex consulting programmes and contributing commercially to winning them.
• Deep expertise in Business Transformation, Change Management, or AI-enabled change.
• Experience working in or alongside a GDS/offshore delivery model.
• Strong internal influencing skills and ability to work through Partner networks.
• Track record of building and developing teams, not just managing workstreams.
• English mandatory; German/French or another European language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build demand and develop go-to-market propositions with EY Member Firm teams; participate in account planning and client conversations.
• Identify pipeline opportunities within existing EY accounts and collaborate with Partner firms to advance them.
• Maintain visibility in EY communities; contribute to practice meetings, reviews, and sector forums.
• Own and evolve EY GDS Poland’s proposition, translating market needs into practical offerings.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and consultants.
• Ensure delivery quality, on-time and on-budget execution with high client satisfaction.
