Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced Assistant Director for Internal Transformation Services (ITS) in Katowice. The role focuses on guiding strategic initiatives, leading transformation programs, and advising executive leadership on project management, change management, and design thinking.

The successful candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive organizational growth and innovation, develop roadmaps, and deliver complex projects from initiation to closure in a global EY

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years of management/business consulting.
• Advanced MS Office skills to develop engaging presentations and dashboards.
• Certifications such as PMP, Change Management or Design Thinking are highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Extensive knowledge of change management principles and models.
• Proficiency in design thinking frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO and Partner levels.
• Perform rapid landscape assessments and provide insights for action.
• Lead transformations and drive data‑driven decision making.
• Develop roadmaps for PM, Organizational Change Management, and Design Thinking initiatives.
• Lead complex projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration among teams.
