Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a seasoned Business Consultant to join the ITS team. You will guide executive leadership on transformation programs, drive change management, and apply design thinking to shape strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in management or business consulting, with strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. Hybrid work model in Katowice with global collaboration opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in management/business consulting.
• Advanced MS Suite skills for engaging presentations and dashboards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Change Management or Design Thinking are desirable.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to understand objectives and create roadmaps.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships at CxO, Partner levels.
• Perform landscape assessments and provide actionable insights.
• Lead transformations with data-driven decision making and market insights.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations and action plans.
• Lead complex projects from initiation to closure with timely delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Monitor progress, risks, and mitigation strategies; adjust as needed.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and effective communication.
• Develop change management strategies and assess readiness.
• Apply design thinking to identify innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to methodology development.
