Job summary

ABB is seeking a versatile Digital Procure to Pay (P2P) Support specialist in Kraków. You will be the primary contact for users of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass, resolving incidents, guiding users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in system support, shared services, or procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for users across SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• Resolve user requests and incidents in a timely, structured manner.
• Diagnose issues, guide users on system functionalities, and escalate to providers when needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IS Delivery teams to ensure system stability.
• Support continuous improvement based on recurring issues and user feedback.
