Job summary

Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. in Łódź is seeking a Junior OTC Officer with Italian for a hybrid role (2/3 in Łódź).

The ideal candidate has 1 year of F&A OTC or master data experience, strong Excel skills, Italian and English at B2 level, and solid organizational abilities. The role involves booking transactions, cash analysis, and supporting month-end close while collaborating cross-functionally. Qualifications

• 1 year experience in F&A OTC (cash application) or master data area.
• Very good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOTs).
• Italian and English knowledge on at least B2 level (essential for client's communication purposes).
• Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations professionally.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Solid planning, organizing and time management skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), attitude towards problem solving and team skills.

Responsibilities

• Book all transactions in the system in order to ensure the current status of the settlements.
• Unallocated cash analysis and investigation.
• Process customer refunds where required.
• Proactive resolution of day-to-day issues and elevate to Supervisor.
• Actively participating in end of month/quarter and year financial close tasks.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Service, to enhance communication and resolve queries effectively.
• Regularly update the team leader around developments and progress of relevant operational issues
• Prepare reports when required by the Supervisor
• To contact the Supervisor as soon as possible if there is a potential problem.
