Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź is seeking a PTP Specialist with Spanish for mid-shift (10-18). The role focuses on Accounts Payable processing, vendor support, and process documentation. Candidates with higher education in accounting/finance and experience in PTP are preferred.

PTP Specialist with Spanish- mid shift (10-18)

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
• Experience in PTP domain - preferably invoice processing, invoice payment, vendor query, scanning
• Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Problem solving and judgement skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• APOC (Accounts Payable on Cloud) knowledge would be an asset
• Standard working hours
• 50/50 hybrid mode

Your key activities:

• Managing Accounts Payable process – from invoice scanning to invoice payment
• Responding to vendor queries
• Creation and update of process documentation
• Collaboration with client, suppliers and other departments
• Maintaining effective communication and professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Reaching business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
