Position: Junior Operations Business Analyst

Job location: Warsaw

Junior Operations Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and design solutions responding to operational or client requirements
• Prepare business requirements, create testing scripts, and perform testing activities
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and external clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals
• Challenge existing processes and propose improvements or innovative solutions
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring operational issues
• Handle ad‑hoc queries and operational requests
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of project plans
• Participate actively in team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in operational improvements within financial institutions (e.g., Lean, process reengineering)
• Understanding of financial markets and securities operations
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under tight deadlines
• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills
• Solid analytical skills and problem‑solving mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience working with external clients in Securities Services
• Basic knowledge of MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL is a strong asset
