Eurofins seeks a Junior Project Coordinator in Katowice to kick‑start a career in Learning & Development within a global network. You will help design digital learning experiences, manage project timelines, and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver engaging training solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with office presence two days per week, and opportunities to grow as a learning consultant across the Eurofins network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in Learning & Development and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of learning initiatives, managing timelines and stakeholders.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses following internal standards.
• Create learning materials such as guides, manuals and handouts.
• Update multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of learning content and learner experience.
