Job summary

Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with good communication.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, apps and concepts.
• Customer-oriented approach with good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Register, categorize and triage incoming tickets.
• Resolve standard incidents and service requests via documented procedures.
• Escalate tickets to higher support levels when needed.
• Process alerts, emails and calls from users.
• Perform basic application health checks and monitoring.
• Communicate ticket status proactively to users.
• Identify gaps in knowledge base and suggest updates.
• Support reports, ticket quality checks and basic analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
