Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (B2+).
• Willingness to learn IT recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various methods to meet client requirements and be approved by the Account Manager.
• Manage the full recruitment process: post ads, obtain GDPR consents, pre-screen, interview, and input into CRM/HRM.
• Format CVs to company templates and maintain candidate records with notes and updates.
• Build relationships with candidates and promote a positive company image.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, admin, legal and finance teams to close roles.
• Maintain daily contact with candidates in internal/external databases.
