In this position you will be responsible for:
- Achieving individual goals, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company's management;
- Efficiently sourcing candidates through various methods, resulting in the delivery of candidates meeting the Client's requirements and approved by the Account Manager;
- Participating in the entire recruitment process (from creating and posting job advertisements to obtaining GDPR consents, candidate selection, offering, and negotiating employment conditions), conducting recruitment interviews, building a database of candidates, and inputting them into the CRM/HRM system;
- Continuously improving recruitment methods according to employer guidelines;
- Independently formatting provided CVs according to the company template;
- Diligently striving to achieve goals and KPIs set by the company's management;
- Maintaining daily contact (via email and phone) with candidates from the internal and external database;
- Building strong relationships with candidates and promoting a positive company image;
- Preparing notes/reports on all candidate interactions in the CRM/HRM system;
- Collaborating with other departments, particularly HR, Sales, administration, legal, and financial departments.
Our requirements:
- Very good command of English in both spoken and written (at least B2 level);
- Experience in sales and/or customer service;
- Higher education;
- Willingness to learn about the IT recruitment industry;
- Ability to handle tasks under time pressure;
- Perseverance in achieving set goals;
- Preferably immediate availability;
- Full-time availability.
