Scope of Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top IT specialists for the company (including crafting compelling job descriptions, creating job ads, proactive sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, guiding candidates throughout the recruitment journey, presenting offers, and handling salary negotiations)
• Exploring and implementing innovative strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Strengthening our company’s image and engaging in Employer Branding
• Continuously improving recruitment processes and suggesting ideas to drive growth of the HR Department and the company as a whole
• Supporting HR projects and collaborating closely with all team members

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Availability to work on-site in Warsaw
