Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, iGaming, or fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in behavioral and competency-based interviewing.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand needs and role requirements.
• Prepare and structure job descriptions for clarity.
• Conduct structured interviews, including behavioral and technical assessments.

Connaissances

Recruitment experience in IT or iGaming
