Job summary

Seargin is expanding and building a brand-new Recruitment Team in our Warsaw office. We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals who want to start or grow a career in IT Recruitment within a fast-paced international environment.

You will be responsible for sourcing IT candidates, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, conducting interviews, and building lasting relationships with candidates while representing Seargin as a strong employer.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or recruitment is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time; ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual recruitment goals and KPIs.
• Source IT candidates using various recruitment methods and channels.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offers and negotiations.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
• Develop knowledge of the IT market and continuously improve recruitment techniques.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates by phone and email.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and represent Seargin as an employer.
• Keep recruitment data up to date in the CRM/HRM system.
• Cooperate closely with Recruitment, Sales, HR, Legal, Finance and other teams.

In this position you will be responsible for:

Our requrements:

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written (minimum B2);
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or recruitment will be an advantage;
• Strong motivation to learn and build a career in IT Recruitment;
• Goal-oriented and proactive approach;
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure;
• Persistence and determination to achieve ambitious goals;
• Good communication and relationship-building skills;
• Willingness to work full-time;
• Availability to start as soon as possible is a plus.
